4. Authorization to Tow or Assist

You represent that you are the vehicle owner or otherwise authorized to request towing, recovery, lockout, jump start, or roadside services for the vehicle involved.

If you are not the legal owner or an authorized representative, you may be personally responsible for any charges, claims, damages, towing fees, storage fees, or losses arising from the service request.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may accept cash, card, electronic payment, or other payment methods at our discretion. You agree to pay all applicable charges, including:

  • Base service fees
  • Mileage fees
  • After-hours or emergency fees

6. Cancellations

If the driver arrives and service cannot be completed because of inaccurate information, lack of access, unsafe conditions, missing keys, inability to verify authorization, or customer no-show, charges may still apply.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide careful and professional service, we do not guarantee that:

  • A vehicle can always be recovered, moved, unlocked, or started
  • A vehicle will be free from all risk during towing or roadside assistance
  • Mechanical or electrical issues will be resolved through roadside assistance alone

Certain vehicles, custom modifications, severe accident damage, low-clearance vehicles, or pre-existing conditions may increase the risk of complications.

8. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

You acknowledge that your vehicle may have existing mechanical, electrical, cosmetic, structural, suspension, drivetrain, steering, brake, or body damage before service begins.

Neptune Towing is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Mechanical failures unrelated to our service
  • Damage caused by manufacturer defects
  • Damage resulting from improper prior repairs
  • Damage caused by unsafe vehicle condition
  • Losses caused by items left unsecured inside the vehicle

9. Personal Property

Please remove valuables and important personal belongings before service whenever possible. Neptune Towing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in or on the vehicle unless required by applicable law.

10. Stored or Impounded Vehicles

If a vehicle is transported to a storage lot, impound facility, repair shop, or third-party location, additional terms, release requirements, and fees may apply. Storage, release, and impound matters may be governed by separate rules, third-party policies, or applicable Oklahoma law.
