I’ve lost the keys to my rental and needed to return the car to the facility.It’s been a very stressful week with multiple tickets. Alex was very helpful and really professional. He had his assistant (his dog) with him and looked out for any problems from the passenger side. Thank you so much for your help. Would recommend to all friends and family!
